Let Loose the Dogs

In 1873, a young William Murdoch and his sister fled their cruel and abusive father. Twenty-two years later, Detective Murdoch takes on the most personal case of his career when his estranged father, awaiting execution for murder, calls on his son to investigate the case and prove his innocence.

Meanwhile, his sister is on her deathbed, and Murdoch learns she has been harbouring a secret from their childhood. As Murdoch questions those linked to the trial, it becomes clear that everyone involved had something to hide. The only way to discover the truth is to find out once and for all whether his father is indeed a murderer.
